1. Single Purpose & Operation
Label Maker & Avery™ Print Master for Google Sheets™ is developed by NEXT7. Its sole purpose is to format spreadsheet rows into standardized Avery label templates for local printing.
2. Data Access & Minimal OAuth Scopes
The add-on requests strictly:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets.currentonly: Gives the add-on permission to read column values and headers in the active sheet to construct the print preview. It does not have access to your wider Google Drive™.
Local Print Engine: Print rendering is executed entirely in your local browser window. Address lists, customer records, and product names are never transmitted to or retained on external servers.
3. Google Limited Use Compliance
Google Workspace User Data Policy Compliance:
NEXT7's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
